Lucknow: In a swift and efficient operation, the Thakurganj Police apprehended a 28-year-old man, Mohammad Salman alias Farman, who attempted to break into a house with the intent to steal. The arrest was made just hours after a complaint was lodged by Syed Akhtar Abbas, who reported an intruder fleeing when the family became aware of his presence.
The operation, led by Thakurganj Police Station Inspector Srikant Rai, uncovered that the accused had been conducting reconnaissance to target unoccupied houses for theft. Acting promptly, the police registered a case and launched a search operation, which culminated in the arrest near Faridipur.
The arresting team included Sub-Inspector Shubham Kumar, Constable Shailesh Kumar, and Constable Ravi Sachan, whose coordinated efforts ensured the quick resolution of the case.
